The room is very simple and dirty. But location is good just walking 2 minutes to Chang Jiang white coffee.

Location of hotel is ok and not noisy caused by public strangers as there is no restaurant or other shop lots nearby. Ample of parking space very good. Receptionists are polite. They have hot&cold water dispenser in the pantry. Came to my surprise that this hotel lobby and parking is at a higher floor so my room is at lower floor, perhaps lone traveller may be worried when they first came here huhu. Room toilet is spacious, water flow very strong. Except they don’t provide tooth brushing kit and hairdryer. Just wanted to comment on the dim lighting from staircase to alley to room. One of the ceiling light from my room is not working when I checked in, feedback to receptionist and they are so kind to bring a new one but by that time the light suddenly turned on so I rejected them to change for me. The room door lock is broken, maybe owner can fix it ? Suitable for short stay. If you expect a luxury stay maybe this is not your choice.

I arrived at night, so it is quite confuse where to go since it was a private property. Clean at night, but the next day i found so many trash near the hotel stairs before enter the lobby.. but inside, i consider it as clean as normal hotel supposedly to clean. Love the staff, very friendly.. but at the room door, supposed to have a second key, i don't know what to call it, but something that have ring around, but i don't know its name.. supposed to have that key but it was broke and the didn't fix it. But the view and moment, is really romantic and nice view. Thanks for the experience staying there for 1 night..

The hotel only has stair access, a bit inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. The hotel is conveniently located, within a 30 minute drive to various attractions in Ipoh, and close to Chang Jiang White Coffee, ideal for breakfast. The room was spacious, though cleanliness could be improved as my black backpack got covered in white dust after being placed on the floor. Amenities like towels and shower gel were provided, but no toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, and mini-fridge... A shared iron available outside the room. I purposely chose a room with a window, expecting a pleasant view for the additional cost. However, all I saw was a construction site, which was quite disappointing and not worth the extra cost. Additionally, the hotel's water heating system is solar-powered and need some time to adjust, and I thought the hotel didn't have a water heater since the markings for hot and cold water were faded. The front desk staff was friendly and willing to help when I had problems with the water heater. Overall, considering the price, the stay were comfortable and suited for budget travelers.

總體來説不錯，如果能提供拖鞋就更好了！

櫃枱服務態度很好 浴室很乾凈 房間不錯大 冷氣超冷的 整體來説 這個旅程太舒服了 是個不錯的酒店 停車位超級方便的！

服務不粗，位置也可以，衞生也可以，還算滿意
