Ottimo hotel, zona non centralissima, ma con centro raggiungibile con tram in 20 minuti. Colazione non particolarmente varia, ottimi servizi, ottima spa e piscina. camere con letti comodi.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Turkey . Was very very disappointed in there service and the attitude of the staff . Rooms are smalls , was given a bad room to start with , holes in the wall , crooked light fixtures , leaky taps in toilet and worst of all mould in the shower . The staff were so rude too . But that’s not even the worst part . I have never had worst breakfast in a hotel ever . It was just bad. Cold , bland , soggy and not fresh . And such less variety . I wish there was a way to give less then one star rating to this hotel, I would gladly give it …

We really had an amazing experience staying here and with the tram stop within walking distance it was so easy to travel around the city. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant food was on point and the shisha was really good. Spa facilities was ace! After a long day exploring the city it was good to relax and the spa is open till 10pm. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

L’emplacement était bien. Le personnel serviable mais à notre arrivée dans notre première chambre il y avait des cafards dans notre chambre. Pour un hôtel 5* je trouve cela inadmissible surtout vu le prix que les chambres coûtent.
