服務算蠻親切的，但酒店位置是在斜坡有大行李的人要注意，浴室的水量稍嫌弱了一點，旁邊好像有酒吧還是隔音不是很好整個晚上都聽到音樂的聲音。

I’ve been scammed they say they have a pool, spa and sauna, thats all a lie. The reason i booked was for the pool and sauna, I complained and they told me complain at 永安, so I called 永安 for a refund, 永安 spoke with the reception and he said there is no pool, I don’t know about those pictures on 永安, the reservation could not get refunded because the hotel management said there was a pool, **** show , I paid for something, I didn’t get. NEVER AGAIN, Don’t get scammed people.

中國人請謹慎選擇⚠️‼️⛔️（入住的房間散發出揮之不去的濃烈惡臭，30年的老房子且旁邊是拆遷房，酒店前台承認對我們中國遊客的歧視且員工態度極其冷漠）。酒店在明確得知四樓房間有異味的情況下且其他樓層有空餘房間的情況下仍然將房間栽給中國遊客（酒店人員在被我們追問中無意之中透露的訊息）。酒店全程沒有任何道歉行為且對我們愛答不理與對其他地區的遊客的態度形成鮮明對比。相對於我們的無視以及歧視而言，酒店從頭到尾都沒有做出任何道歉。真是住過最差的酒店，還好得益於永安客服的的幫助幫我們在異國他鄉這些孤立無援的中國人爭取回一絲權益。

Otelde müşteri ilişkileri denilen bir olay yok. Konaklama tarihimden 3 gün öncesinden bu yana otele ulaşmaya çalışıp konaklama tarihimi 1 hafta sonrasına değiştirmeye çalışıyorum ancak herkes farklı birine yönlendiriyor ve telefonlar açılmıyor. Haliyle erteleme yapamadığımdan vermiş olduğum ücret boşa gitti. Daha müşteri içeri girmeden bu anlayışta olan bir yönetim, oteldeyken başınıza neler getirir tahmin bile edemiyorum. İnsanların parası bu şekilde gasp edilmemeli

The Elysium styles taksim was clean with a nice smell.the staff were polite and friendly.breakfast was good.the hotel doesn’t have swimming pool and gym but we permitted to use the swimming pool of hotel Elysium that was 2or 3min over there. It doesn’t have play room for children.

First of all there is two Elysium hotel nearby Taksim center. ( Elysium hotel, tall building and the Elysium style 5 storey buildings). We booked the hotel seeing the great lobby and entrances but that was not the hotel picture of Elysium style but of Elysium Hotel. So i must say we were midled by that. Then we book a standard room and they gave us 5th floor room which is old. No window, room smell bad, bed sheet doesnt look white, pretty old, shower cold water didnt work, had to call them and they fixed it later. It was 3 night and we tried to stayed but without window it was hard. So we asked for other room and they gave us in 4th floor. Room still smell as its old. But this time we had window. We open it and then we had mosquitoes came in and we had hard time chasing them. Over all the hotel is not the value of what we paid. It said it was 4 star but the facilities are below 3 star. The hotle location is also bit sloppy. Not satisfied with the stay. Wont recommend.
