美杜莎公寓酒店 (Medusa Apart Hotel)

Поселили в какой-то подвал с взорванным кондиционером и разрушенной кухней. Вокруг навалены какой-то чемоданы с чужими вещами, пахнет сыростью. Постель одно место, которое показалось чистым. Поскольку был праздник Ураза Байрам, то вариантов было минимум, поэтому пришлось остаться. Не берите этот трэш в обычное время!

很差，發黴，沒有被子，設施不齊全，體驗感特別不好

SPAM ! FRAUD! AVOID AT ANY COST! There is no 3 stars hotel at rhat place ! Pictures are not true .As the guy said to me on arrival all rooms are fully booked and we had to walk to a different hotel. It’s worst experience in my life ..couldn’t sleep all night there . Dirty, outdated,spots all over ! Not even fresh bed belongings ! I had no other choice but to spend the night there ..I was exhausted after the flight and my check in was too late .. NOT RECCOMENDED ! AVOID ! This place is full of fake comments.. better to sleep in a hostel than in those places

定位不準確

訂的時候忘記看評論，確實很可怕，跟圖片完全不一樣，真的浴巾什麼都是黃黃的不乾淨樣子，房東老奶奶帶上去還一直要小費，雙床其中之一就是這個嬰兒床真是好氣又好笑，剛到這個樓下房東女兒態度很差，問幾句話跑掉把人晾在那邊很久，如果不是永安打電話交涉這都不知道該怎麼辦，反正那晚因為感覺很臟所以衣服也沒脱穿着睡了，一定要相信前面的評論！

房間 設施：舒適，空間大

I really wanna leave this review since the host is just one big unprofessional rude scammer. “I do not recommend this hotel” So I booked a room for two people. I arrived at a location and after waiting around half an hour i was asked to go to the other end of the city because they were fully booked. I paid for the room when i was making the reservation and was told that the hotel was full. So what’s the point of booking ? And what is the point of this app 永安 if they cannot help their customers? I contacted the help centre after I had left the hotel in a hurry, to explain my situation that since the hotel failed to provide me with an accommodation it’s only sensible that i get my money back. A representative told me that he was gonna contact the hotel and after I assume contacting the hotel he called me to tell that He was informed that i was successfully checked in and my luggage is in the hotel. So, as i was in my taxi i had to explain him that it’s a lie cuz I didn’t stay there because they didn’t have the room. So he tries to contact the hotel again and I assume after he Successfully contacted the hotel he got back to me and again he was telling me that i am in the hotel. I don’t know how to describe it. Is it for real? Anyways i had to send him a phot of myself in an airport to prove him that I am not in a hotel and that I’m in an airport to pick up my sister. Well anyway they got back to me today telling me that they simply cannot help me and that i basically was scammed and paid 20 dollars for nothing essentially. Thank you 永安 thank you turks you’re just amazing how creative you get to scam anyone who doesn’t speak your turkish language. Bravo. PS. 非常滿意，下次一定再去

圖片是假的 跟本沒有永安上顯示的那種房間 房間陰暗潮濕 燈光昏暗 沒有服務人員 算是老頭老太太自營的旅館 唯二優點是態度很好 另一個是位於老城市區 離景點近 公交地鐵方便 機場大巴也近
