I come late, around 5pm. When try to enter, the security guards ask for house number. So I try contact the number on 永安 booking, but no one answered. I try almost 1 hour. Then, the security give a new number to contact. Then the person ask for deposit rm200, and need to go to other building almsot 1km from that location. Follow the instructions to take the key. After that, you can enter the building. Such a waste of time and no instructions given a day before check. But the house is good.

Check in time delay, waiting about 1 hour for management to do arrangement on check in /change unit without inform. Cleanliness worst especially toilet. The unit look good just lack of maintenance and cleaning issued
