GD酒店-佩爾馬斯加亞 (GD Hotel - Permas Jaya)

This is one of the worst hotel.the lift not working,i had to carry my luggage to 2nd floor. The room had mosquitos and ants on the table. The kettle was grossly dirty. The toilet is so dirty. Asked front desk to change room,she said only other room available tom.tried to stay in the room but i can not put myself to even use toilet. Went and ask to cancel reservation,she say what if we upgrade ur room.went to check room, its bigger,toilet alittle acceptable but still not so clean. I said ok,went back with my luggage to 2nd floor.when i try to use card key the lights are not working,the tap faucet keep on dripping.finally decided to cancel booking and book another hotel. The reservation was non refundable even you justify how unsanitize the hotel is. I book this hotel in mind to save money and just needed a place to stay for few days but instead i lost sgd96. I do not recommend this hotel.
