No lift so had to carry the luggage up to level 2 reception and if your room is at level 3 need to carry higher. Not wheelchair friendly. They provide toothbrush, towels, hot and cold water as well. Great atmosphere, rooms are cleaned so well. Location is great and centralised, though far from the bus stop, it is a great eating and shopping area. Would recommend to go and would go again!

惡夢吧衹能這樣行容 臟又小 當時晚去到沒有住下 進去一看就退房了 上網預訂付款了 衹能浪費掉了 不過是很好的經驗

Location is great. Right in the busy shop lot area, plenty of food and banks in the area. Unfortunately while the staff confirmed no smoking is allowed, the room smelled strongly of smoke. When I checked in, I saw a guest smoking and when I told the staff, his answer was that “that guest has stayed here before”, whatever that is supposed to mean. I left one of my shirts in the room for a few hours and it smelled so strongly of smoke. There was still some wet patches in the room floor with cig ash. In the end I had to move out and stay with someone else at another hotel because the cig smell here was way too strong. If you don’t mind the smell, the room is decent value. Though if you’re not a smoker, I strongly suggest you find another place.

Located in a commercial centre where you can easily find food and convenient stores. Enjoy the night market every Tuesday, it is a 'cari makan' heaven place! Tried Penang fried keuy tiaw with duck egg and the tomyam Maggie soup, 2 tumbs up!!
