I have terrible experience in this hotel, from first time I have checked in. I booked and pay in 永安 app under their description it says deposit is cash or credit card (bring with me only my salary card), but the receptionist says only accepting cards or bank account , which makes me shocked because I already prepared with cash to deposit, and giving my salary card is too risky, but hence the receptionist insisted and for me to settle down due to my urge to rest from nightshift I gave my card. The moment I’ve seen my room is different from the picture, bedsheets and pillow case is smelly and obviously haven’t replaced or change for years with an off white color. Lasting the bedside socket makes me more worry when I saw if out of the wall which I reported to 永安 agent regarding safety and security hazards (I was overthinking if it’s intentional just like putting a camera 📷) if not its still fire hazard . Overall I did not expect a 3star hotel will be this terrible , the experience has traumatised me to decide and transfer to another hotel in an instant
