富力公主灣公寓SC民宿 (R&F Princess Cove Apartment by SC Homestay)

設施：畢竟是公寓樓民宿，不是酒店，所以一些生活用品是沒有的，比如拖鞋🩴，還有男士🪒，香皂🧼等，但對於喜歡旅行的朋友來講是夠用的，畢竟自己也會帶的很齊全；房間裏鍋碗瓢盆，冰箱電視，還有電磁爐，微波爐都有。 衞生：衞生方面無可挑剔，比想象的要乾淨，用一塵不染形容很具體。 環境：周邊環境優美，樓下就是大超市，商場，餐廳應有盡有。 服務：管家全程服務，樓下保安也24小時待命，安全感暴增。

環境真的很不錯，關卡旁邊，對面就是新加坡，特別是工作人員的服務非常細心周到！！！

環境不錯，地點方便，設施完善，樓下有吃的和超市。 Host很仔細的解釋如何拿check in和拿鑰匙。 那裡的保安也很有禮貌熱情。

Unfortunately, despite the fantastic seaview from the balcony overlooking causeway, our stay got cut short and we decided to check-out early morning around 2.30am for safety of our kids and us. One of my family member got bitten by bedbugs just when we were about to call it a night at 1am. At first we thought it was a mosquito but when sensing something is off, decided to turn on the lights and found bedbugs on the mattress. We decided to move to the living area and woke up the rest while we check the entire apartment to find even more bedbugs crawling on walls and unknown bugs on the kitchen walls. I updated the owner on the spot. Understandably, since it was wee hours in the morning, we did not expect much but our first thought was to just leave the place and head home carrying our young kids that were still sleeping whom were not aware of what was going on. The next morning, received reply from owner informing us that they will have their cleaning team to check. No apologies for the inconveniences except that owner was sorry for the late respond. In the evening at 10pm, i received an update from owner that the security deposit of $50 has been refunded which is part of the requirement for our stay. No mention about refunding our stay or any form of service recovery and no goodwill gesture. Very disappointed. My advice to other travelers, book at your risk. Do your own checks upon check-in.

Detailed instructions given by the management of the apartment (home stay) on the check in and check out process providing a seamless access to the apartment unit. The apartment unit is clean and has many facilities such as swimming pools, squash court, table tennis, children playground, etc. Food wise, just below the apartment is the R&F mall where you can find food and beverage stalls and shops. Walking distance to city square. So you can find lot of good food in this area.

First X booking this apartment and was pretty satisfied. Everything was fantastic Eg. Detailed info provided by the property management company, well maintained and clean place which makes you feel like a home stay and even provide cooking facilities if you plan to cook, sufficient toiletries, high floor 34th level with nice view and many more . Thumbs up! Just 2 little things to feedback: 1. Toilet floor was kinda slippery. Will be good if can provide floor mat inside toilet as well. Only has one floor mat outside bathroom . The toilet with the bathtub was good. 2. Car gantry issue with the key card access 😂 but not a big problem thou . Host replied fast and managed to settle. Quite a good place to stay. Easy to access to the room with the help of the owner. Swimming pool abit too small, suitable for kids to play in the pool. But if for shoppers, be prepare to go other places to shop as the shopping mall downstairs don't really have much things.
