龜島小屋酒店 (Koh Tao Cabana)

千萬別來這家酒店。這個酒店非常舊，你到破破爛爛的大堂就會後悔了。從各種度假村酒店員工來碼頭接下船的客人開始，我們坐上了最破的皮卡，好丟人，後面辦理入住之後發現房間也卻。住了兩晚了，他們來修了熱水3次，一直沒修好還不願意給我們換房間了。毛巾和床單比較舊

Came with my girlfriend on a diving 永安 for 6 nights at the koh Tao cabana. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Take advantage of the free paddle boards and kayaks if you can. Super nice area on the beach all reserved for this resort. The breakfast was also very nice and loved the Thai options as well as the western food options. The rooms can be individual cabanas on a hillside so it is a little bit of a walk up but this didn’t bother us. We would stay here again and very happy with our experience. Thank you Koh Tao Cabana!

Title: Beautiful Location with Some Service Issues Review: Our stay featured a beautiful location with stunning views, complemented by delicious food at the restaurant. However, service shortcomings were noticeable. Despite the helpful mosquito spray in the room, we faced inconveniences like a lack of beach towels and no assistance offered to remedy this. Additionally, a non-functional torch in our room posed a safety risk, highlighted by my daughter slipping on the villa steps due to inadequate lighting. While the setting and cuisine impress, attention to service details and guest safety needs improvement.

The location is nice and quiet, walking distance to other restaurants through the beach. The beach is very nice, clean and good for kids especially when the tide is low. Our Cabana was spacious, beautiful, although a bit dark. The water pressure was low and we didn’t have hot water. We asked them to fix it but it didn’t happen on time before our check-out. We stayed for two nights. The pool has a waterfall, and it looks a little run down. Nice view to the sea from the pool, though. The breakfast (included) was ok. Fruits, bread, but not many options for vegetarian/vegans in the menu. Dinners were good. Overall, a beautiful hotel, kind staff, great location, maintenance response could be better.

Very beautiful arranged resort with exclusive beach. The villas are very very nice and Luxurious. I guess we will go there again next summer season.

Locatie is top! Je loopt zo over het strand met een paar minuten het leven in. Leuke strandtenthouders en restaurants. Shoppen valt iet wat tegen en er is niet is als een night market. Met de shuttlebus van het hotel kun je 3x per dag gratis naar de pier. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, helpen je met alles. Aan het strand vertoeven is heerlijk! De zee is mooi en rustig, goed in te liggen of te zwemmen. Het zwembad is slecht onderhouden. Kapotte tegels en vies water, heel zonde want dit kan een heerlijke plek zijn als je (zowel wij eigenlijk) minder van het strand bent. Wij verbleven in de deluxe villa. Groot “huisje”, met grote badkamer en groot balkon waar savonds graag de vleermuizen aan het afdakje hangen. Deze doen niks, behalve het balkon onder poepen… Het bed is erg hard. Gevraagd naar een topper, wat geen probleem was maar eerder een matrasbeschermer zo dun en het deed eigenlijk niks. Het ontbijt is niet spannend, wij hebben voornamelijk buiten de deur ontbeten in het leven, met meer keuze dan ei en toast.
