What can I say... Just marvelous. The staff - top notch. The breakfast buffet - worth the value, hit the taste bud. Room - ample and spacious. Got bath tab I got river view so love wit this view Swimming pool best Security - felt safe. Basement Parking first come first serve If possible, take the VIP park, a lot of ease.

Good location, the room is very big but the furniture are too old , so difficult to control room’s light . some buttons could not function. The mattress was very old & not comfortable. The breakfast is fine . The extra pillows is not comfy .

Location very strategic in KB and near to food stall. Easy access to historical places. Staff friendly, room spacious and clean.Breakfast have variety of food and offer different main dishes everyday. Highly recommended for family😍

good place to stay.. clean room and well manage. the location is at heart of kota bharu and easy to find a good restaurant and just few minute walk to go for shopping and good places good breakfast and also good service.. definitely will repeat again
