The room is good and clean, but there is no floor mat, after shower the room will become wet because of no floor mat. TV chanel also not stable, keep lagging. hope the hotel management will improve it.

Terletak beberapa KM dariada pusat bandar, serta terdpat kemudahan pparking sendiri dan Gym di dalam hotel. Kemudahan lift juga memudahkan pengunjung untuk turun atau naik hotel, dan sesuatu yang amazing hotel terdapat galeri lukisan.

Very lousy hotel. I booked single saver room, and in the 永安 app, it depicted as one single bedroom, and description mentioned it's private bathroom (can see screenshot), however the hotel receptionist mentioned that the room I booked is a shared bathroom (with the other guests) and two-bed room. And he claimed that the picture and description details in the 永安 app is not updated. And when I arrived at the hotel, there's a blackout for like about 2hours. Toilet and room are dirty, there's a total of 3 alive cockroaches in the room and toilet.
