真的太差了！電視機沒有電台完全不能看！餐具很少到不行也骯臟！過濾水機都沒有！ 還敢收這個價錢太不值得了！

- Check-in：可以打最低分。其實是個公寓改成的民宿，別的商家把訂單都會放在一樓門衞處，但這家沒有，需要到了以後聯繫他們，才會有工作人員下來。管家是個阿富汗人，英語爛，人蠢。 - WIFI：可以打最低分，屋子裡沒有WIFI，蹭的別的房間的，斷斷續續時好時壞。 - 服務：房間裏沒有提供礦泉水，沒有咖啡，我入住7天，這期間沒有人來打掃過衞生。 - 硬件：房間確實挺大的，但是看着也有年頭了很多地方破損了也沒修理。有洗衣機沒提供洗衣粉，有爐子但是衹有兩個破煮牛奶的鍋。樓頂有泳池和健身房，這邊公寓的標配。 - 地點：挨着Pavilion購物中心，地點確實算不錯。但是這一片酒店多如牛毛，不算什麼核心優勢。 總結：在威斯汀700多，麗茲卡爾頓1000出頭的背景下，我是打死不會住這裏了。倒貼都不來。

地理絕對的好~走一個街就到雙峯塔，房間也能看到不錯的夜景，衹是工作人員很少在線，畢竟也是sub出來的agent做的

I was very worried after my booking because the price i book was extremely low compared to normal rate advertised by the same operator. I managed to get rm850+- for 3 nights stay at two bedroom double bed suite. I checked elsewhere was rm400-500 per night.. Thus i contact several times the owner(valepine) and also 永安 to verify my booking. At first the check in detail they sent to me was referring to other apartment and not this dorsett residences, since then i worried double up. After few weeks communication, it seems the booking was correct. The company request a deposit of rm300 a day before check in. It stated in their house rules that towel cant be used to wipe the floor. Uppn staying then i realise their problem is: the toilet floor always wet and they only provide one small pc of floor map which to me is not absorbing water type. They could have improved this by buying the floor towel just like hotel type, the white color floor towel. It cost may be just rm10-20, then it can improve the condition of the suite. But inl guess the management did not put their effort into this. By the way, the room is spacious but the wallpaper is peeling.

When we book the suit it was stated there 3 beds but when we reached there only 2 beds available.. And need to charge extra rm65 for another bed(foldable mattress with iron bedframe). Cleanliness is OK.. There is a hole in the sharing toilet. The bath tub is not usable since the stopper not functioning.. TV also cannot be used because there is no WiFi connection despite we already keyed in the password provided, unsure why.. But overall it is still OK since the location is good and the other facility is OK..

The host who is called Wen is very efficient in handling all my queries promptly. Although the residence is a bit old, the appliances in the room are working well. The residence is just a walking distance from Pavilion very convenient too. Will come again in future.

It was hard to check in, there is no explanation in advance. The room is not a clean invisible place. The restroom smells in the morning. The room size is large and the location is good.

Dirty and smelly . Noob service Aircond cannot cool and wifi also cannot use. disappointed
