Great central location, unblocked view of Menara Tower. The hotel has everything in itself, you don't even need to go outside. Spacious self-catering rooms with simple amenities provided. Luggage storage is charged which is weird. Reception area is extremely small and once staff was rude.

Masa check in makan masa, almost 1 hour we need to wait. And counter just open 1 only that time.

The view of the hotel was very nice, you can go up all the way to 38th floor. The hotel doesn’t make up the bed unless you ask for it. The room feels more like an apartment, very big. We could see the kl tower and one of the twin towers throughout our room.

Excellent property and very convenient. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
