Hotel looked very dated. Staff were not prepared for breakfast and tables were dirty. Smells unpleasant at the lobby. Channel selection in room for TV was poor. Towels were old and although washed, seemed overused for many years. Smelled of cigarettes on non-smoking floors. Was not informed to reset hotel pass when asked and paid for late check out. Corridors are stuffy.

Bedroom was good to sleep , lack of facilities. Breakfast is very basic menu. Need to improve swimming pool facilities , lift facilities. Hire more local employees than foreigners. Aircond not that cold although room service staff came and adjusted the temperature. I won’t be considering this hotel again. Lack of miscommunication. Security guard and reception staff was good and kind.

位置還行，但是就是很不隔音，住的20多層，晚上和凌晨外面摩託聲超大，很打擾睡覺 其他方面倒還行，就是外面摩託聲真的很難接受

I booked room for 3 persons and the room quite cozy and spacious. We booked for 2 nights and arrived quite late at night. The staffs quite friendly and helpful. The parking was free as we need to touch tng card at the main receiptionist before check out. Overall, our staycation quite pleasant and we're satisfied.

從來沒有給一個酒店打過差評，但這家絕對值得。讓我細數下 1，酒店的早餐是印度風，各種不知名的湯汁我大不了不吃就是了。住了三天，每天就敢吃點麪和切片麪包，怕吃壞肚子了。 再説飲料，都東南亞國家了，果汁總應該是貨真價實的吧，原來我多想了，衹見服務員拿起一個類似於油桶一樣的東西，往果汁罐裏灌。 那熱牛奶總該是真的吧，對不起，我天真了。打了一杯沒有任何牛奶味，關鍵還黃不拉幾的。 2，再説説酒店的服務，入住第二天早上八點半，有個印度小哥就過來敲門house keeping。 第二天晚上我們回酒店，發現毛巾就是我們昨天用過的重新掛上去的，地上的擦腳巾就沒有動過。 最搞笑的是，連住三天，床單沒有換過，連衞生紙快沒有了，都不給你放個新的。 3，酒店不通風，窗戶開不了！沒有衣架，沒地方晾衣服！

I got the premium deluxe room with Petronas Twin Tower View. Some parts of the room is having old design and some parts seem had renovation done in the toilet. The morning breakfast was simple and well cooked. I was surprised with the Laksa Sarawak and Porridge. The taste was well balanced, and I enjoyed the breakfast.
