廁所馬桶蓋有糞便！ 這個我真的接收不到！ 前台check-in速度有點慢！有待改進！ 房間很暗，隔音很差，一大早天還沒亮就被吵起來了。 下次不會入住 😅 還有床也是有點舊，我的枕頭睡了一晚隔天早上看到一衹死了的蟲子！ 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Love this hotel location , it is so near to shopping area. Getting around was easy. The hotel room is big and spacious and the staffs is very friendly and helpful . The only thing which I don’t understand was 永安 already charged us tourism tax yet I still need to pay at the hotel upon arrival??

location is right at bukit bintang pavilion area. the downside is the long waiting time for ur grab. plus the jam. but walking distance to many malls around. very clean room. toilet and shower separated. got spray so 👍🏼

Good location opposite pavilion and walking distance to all shopping mall at bukit bintang. But very noisy from the street at late night, it can hear from the room. Hotel car park very small and limited parking lot.

the location is really very convenient. it’s walking distance to all the famous malls - just beside lot 10 and fahrenheit, 5 mins away from pavilion and 15 mins walk away from suria klcc. located just beside the monorail as well. the only complaint is that it’s located next to one of the busiest streets in KL, hence be prepared to hear lots of horning from the cars and motorbikes throughout the night. service was impeccable, even though cleanliness could be better. enjoyed my stay overall.

Very accessible to pavilions and other shopping mall, the highest level no noisy sound. Am enjoying staying this hotel but the hotel got fees for parking. I bit disappointed on parking issue. Why don’t just get free parking for guest. Its seem not recommended. Anything else I don’t have any issues.

Location is very good. Just next to lot 10 mall which have isetan supermarket. 711 just in front of the hotel. Pavilion connect just crossed the road which you can have coffee and breakfast in the morning. Lorong alor just behind the hotel.
