鳶尾花園酒店 (Iris Garden Hotel)

Location is great just 3mins walk to most of the famous location in Bukit Bintang. The only amenities available is towel, room has no fridge or toothbrush. Iron, kettle is for rent at RM10 not provided for free. The room was not clean, toilet has mold on tiles, floor was sandy like someone walked in with shoes on, we found tiny cockroaches. TV was working but the antenna wasn’t no cannot watch anything just a grey screen. Bed comes with only 2 pillow for a king bed. Size of the room was decent, spacious but overall it was run down. Soundproof was great being in a busy street you can’t hear anything once in the room so no noise.

ใครมาคอนเสิร์ต แล้วงบจำกัด คือแนะนำมากๆ ราคาถูกและทำเลดีมาก แต่ต้องทำใจก่อนนะว่าตัวที่พักคือแค่พออยู่ได้ แบบเอาไว้แค่นอนพักเท่านั้นเลย แต่ไม่ได้แย่ แอร์ฉ่ำ ทำเลทอง ใจกลางศูนย์การค้า ร้านอาหาร ติดรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน และMonorail แบบเดินแค่ไม่กี่นาที ห้างPavilion ก้เดินห่างไปแค่2แยก แล้วเรากับเพื่อนมาคอนเสิร์ตBamBam GOT7 ที่Mega star arena คือใกล้มาก ไม่ต้องรีบไปคอน เลิกคอนก็เดินกลับไม่เหนื่อยเลย เดินทางไปTwin tower ด้วยGrab ก็ใกล้แค่10RM แถมติดกับSteet food แค่ข้ามถนนอีกฝั่งถึงเลย

Stay with my wife and my two children below five years old. I was surprised with the room's condition because at this price, sure I will get a better space. The room size is smaller than the rooms in the same price range. It seems abandoned and not well-maintained because, looking at the cleanliness, the hotel does not do the housekeeping very well; they do the basic things only. The dust can be seen behind the door, under the bed, below the cabinet and behind the curtain. The room came without a refrigerator, electric jug, and even no coffee and tea were provided. The tv was there but not functioning, and I was unsure why it was mounted on the wall. The toilet was terrible and was not properly cleaned. I am not recommending this hotel to others. It's not worth the price.

Its a humble but strategically placed hotel in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Note that you need to request for housekeeping if you want it as the hotel has a policy of not entering your room unless permission is granted. Overall, its a great place to stay for a short 永安 in KL.
