Everything is on order and only parking is quite expensive have to pay 1 hour rm2 each time go out need pay. If can future hotel guest can get discounts

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside about this hotel is their carpark, because they are not covered under the management. So I basically had to pay for every hour my car sits in there. One of the day I had to pay 19 ringgit and the cap price was only 12. Utterly ridiculous.

The hotel is quite old. The paint on the room wall and toilet ceiling is peel off. The bed is not comfortable to sleep.

allert! misleading photo on website not only 永安. look nice on photo but once u reach u will get totally different from photo.disaster room and not concrete room just made by plywood and also toilet. dirty toilet. dirty aircond. bad receptionist.since inside the room they didn't put tissue so i call receptionist to assist but she ask me to pick by myself in bossy way! for what i pay rm70+ to this quality of service. not recommended. plenty of nice hotel for this price.
