服務態度差得很！而且check in 的時候聯繫不上任何工作人員！也沒有前台！最後聯繫大樓保安等了1個多小時才讓保安找到聯繫方式！接電話態度也不好，不解決任何問題，解決不了説要不就讓我退房。屋子裡基本的生活消耗品什麼都沒有，裸房帶傢俱其他沒了！我住的是11樓、兩個卧室一個客廳的窗戶對着3棟廢棄高層建築！晚上如圖自己感受，離得很近，想挑戰的小夥伴可以去試試。

挺不錯的，除了小房間的床有點小，其他都挺好，房間也大，性價比特別高，如果是朋友出行，或者是同事出行，個人覺得很棒

Apartment mewah yang sangat Besar. Boleh muat 10 orang. Tapi kalau bawak Topper Leyna Dan bantal Leyna, 20 orang pun boleh masuk. Security padu. Ada parking. Tuala ada 6 jer. Yang lain bawak sendiri. Sabun basuh Baju pun kene bawak sendiri. Ada mesin basuh dgn dryer disediakan.

Ok, puas hati..dkt dengan area klcc. Tempat menarik. Nak breakfast pagi pun dekat, ada gerai dkt2. Ada swimming pool lagi, besar.

Location location location. Great spot, very accessible to anywhere. KLCC is a 10 minute walk. The apartment has a good express cafe and a good restaurant below. Check-in was easy. Notified the guard who linked me with the person handling the apartment. Was given Room 18-8. Apartment was alright, cleanliness was ok. Great view of the city. But showerhead was dismantled which was addressed the day after. A few of the ceiling lights were not working and en suite bathroom sink was choked (Nothing was done about these issues nor was any apology given). Wall decorations were dated and irrelevant and needs replacement. A section of the window blind was missing. Aircon in master suite was super strong but was very weak in the living room area. WiFi was excellent. Washer/Dryer and all other equipment worked fine. The places needs a little sprucing up and a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, it’s pretty alright.
