rm#312 nice staffs very good shower have shampoo shower gel coffee tea water enough power plug... but obsoleted & dirty room light too dim yellowed pillow/bed sheet bugs on wall... & a big🪳was welcoming me on the bed ~~!

Bilik cukup memuaskan cantik barang hiasan cukup antik cuma perlu di jaga rapi lagi bagi keadaan lebih cantik balik baru suasana ceria sikit dalam bilik. Di minta pihak pengurusan tukar lansir yang dah koyak rabak saya tengok dan peti ais dag kotor x bercuci langsung.. jika x boleh cuci minta tukar yg baru saya nak letak bagi air sejuk pun tak jadi tgk keadaan peti ais itu. Di harap pihak pengurusan hotel ambil tindakan segera.

Bilik tatami ada tingkap tapi tak ada view. Macam lorong tengah. Tapi bilik luas dan selesa. Channel tv tak banyak pilihan. Furniture agak lama dan lusuh sampai cadar pun dah koyak. Bilik air hmm.. berpatutan dengan harganya. Yang best tekanan air laju.

The hotel location at Jalan Dato' Wong Ah Jang, Kuala Kuantan Kuantan Pahang. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Air-conditioning is cold. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

The room smell like something wet. The room not so clean. The bed sheet seems like not change at all after previous customer because i found so many hair under the pillow. Not so recommended.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. They were extremely accommodating. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely visit again.

Arenaa is so famous and their tatami room was impressive. I like the water pressure, aircond at the rite place. And the room is so comfy. Easy parking . Must come a bit late so all shop will close n got ample parking
