住的房間還行，衞生間還可以，就是沒有配一次性牙刷，窗外就是大馬路，稍微有點吵，不過還可以接受。。。。

Hotel is around 2.5km to waterfront, a bit far but a lot of bars and eateries along the way. Breakfast was good in terms of taste but only consisted of asian food mostly, not much variety. Parking is available but not free as it requires parking coupon. Room was okay in sizes and amenities. However, there was broken flooring and no storage/rack in the shower room which makes it difficult to put toiletries for showering. The tv was also small for the distance between the bed and tv. Towels were old and please replace it. Otherwise, the wins for this hotel were parking, breakfast availability and competitive price. Overall stay experience was 6/10.

Very worth it! its so cheap for that kind of hotel and services. Plus it's include breakfast. I think the best hotel to book in Sarawak is Roxy Hotel because the hotel not just in Kuching there also at other districts like Tasik Biru. Thank you for the best convenience. There a cat infront of this hotel so adorable !

The review in the booking. Com and this app is really good with its cleanliness, but during our 永安s we have requested twice substitution for our room. 1st room, when we moved our bed rack, a baby bottle dropped out which scared our soul out, second one with strong cigarette smells (we have pointed out please make sure the second room is clean and with our ordinary expectation). My friend and I decided to stay one night and check out the next day even our booking was for 3 days and went to stay in our friend house. I would say this is the bad experience for us and made the review in those app unreliable. Hope the owner of the hotel will make change after reading my review.

Cleanliness is very poor,the table and the shelf are very dusty.refrigerator,the lamp and some of the light on the ceiline in my room are not working,and the deluxe king room is too close to the road,so it's super noisy, hard to sleep,but the hotel is new and staffs are friendly.
