Located right next to abandoned buildings so arriving at night was scarry as everything around looks terrible. Reception area is nice, common areas are nice, but room is the worse we stayed in Langkawi, but also the cheapest. Cleaning was close to zero, not even the mirrow of the bathroom they cleaned, all dirty. We just wanted to sleep and get out of there as soon as possible as we were disgusted at everything we looked at. I would not recommend.

The hotel is clean and comfy. Water dispenser is provided however hotel do not allow drink and ear in the room. Dining area is lack of ventilation. Entrance is eerie with a few wild dog barking before made it into the hotel reception. It's definitely for adventurous tourist.

Don't fool by the eerie entrance. The hotel is well maintain and clean. Room is comfortable despite they might not comply to building regulations. I doubt it obtained Certificate of Fitness Occupancy but room per night is cheap. Entrance is goosebumps raising (https://youtu.be/8UhPsXph78I). Animals carcass left decompose, overgrown trees encapsulated abandoned buildings and completely dark alley at night made this area a ghost town.
