前台小哥人比較好，連住了三天每天都有 housekeeping 如果想住的安靜一些可以選，多待幾天是個很好的選擇 對於快速旅遊的遊客來説不用住在這裏的

The hotel was OK. The rooms were quite small and dark, which could be cozy I suppose. The pool was a shallow children's pool, but the lounges by the pool were hard, some were broken and there was no cushions. Breakfast was a limited selection. The beach was a 2 to 3 minute walk, but it was a dirt track next to a building site which was very dark at night. The worst thing was the plumbing/ air conditioner noise and the noise of some of the other guests. I know a couple fighting at gone midnight isn't the hotel's fault, but lack of sound proofing meant I could hear every word. On the up side there were lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, it was easy to get a taxi to the busier parts of the ***** and the best thing of all were the staff. They were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Improvements of the facilities and breakfast would make this place so much better.

We were really glad and happy although at first felt like been cheated by the platform. Our booking experienced some difficulties when suddenly 永安 informed that the 2 nights stay was not complete available due to a little conflict of the system. But after all the management of both 永安 and the hotel came out with really excellent decision when they managed to amend the booking and upgrade our room to the more spectacular of exciting feelings. Thank you so much and really2 appreciate your commitment and actions. Hopefully this platform will continue serving the best to the customers. Royale Chenang seriously gave us the unforgettable memories of joy to me and my whole family.

The room was okay. Cant complaint much coz we just need it for sleeping since most of the day was spent outside. Need to improve more on cleanliness.

The location of the resort is far from the busy road Pantai Chenang but is still walkable distance to the beach.However the parking lot is quite limited but can park on the side of the road at night. The interior of the of room is very beautiful with the bathroom having an access to natural ventilation. The staff was very kind and helpfull when we left our keys inside the room. Breakfast is still manageable only if you're not a picky eater.

It's a normal hotel. No more entertainments & facilities. Brakefast ok. Cocroches and mosquitoes are there in bedroom.

Booked Queen Deluxe with Balcony. However, unlike the picture, there was no curtain and lights on the balcony. Totally no privacy as everyone could see you when you're sitting at the balcony area. Room sound proof was poor as l could hear from my room whenever someone use the staircase, use the private pool or talk outside the rooms. Nothing to eat or shop within 5 minutes walks from the hotel. Room was dimmed at night and small.

We don’t really enjoyed here. Pay about RM233 for 1 night but the room not clean at all. First step to the floor was like have sand. Not just me experience that but my friends also. We stay different room but my friends told me the same. Room like leaking in the morning I don’t know where’s the water come from but my floor was leaking! Breakfast just nice. Mee goreng taste good. Not so much choice. I think this is not a “budget hotel” is it? But feel like that. Sorry bad experience.
