El hotel está cerca de 2 paradas de metro y de un gran centro comercial. Habitación no muy grande pero bastante cómoda, la cama kingside super comoda

While the rooms were neat and the hotel's location is convenient for shopping, I wouldn't consider it a true 4-star experience given the cramped hallways and inadequate space in the standard room. The cleaning staff's constant noisy chatter early hours in the morning in the hallways and the reception staff's unfriendly demeanor left a lot to be desired. If I was the owner I would sack all your staff and get more friendly, more professional and friendlier staff in...I won't be willing to pay 4-star prices for this hotel in the future.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was an excellent size and was always cleaned to a high standard. We experienced a few issues with the room itself including the aircon which the hotel did deal with. I’d like to review this hotel higher however we had to contact 永安 to refund one of the nights due to these issues..

La chambre à l’arrivée sentait la cigarette, donc changement de chambre nécessaire dès le départ. La seconde chambre n’a jamais eu de frigo fonctionnel, ni de gel douche, malgré un nettoyage de la chambre qui a été fait et une demande à l’accueil. La bonne volonté y était, mais le résultat non.

Good hotel, big and clean rooms. Reception people are friendly. You can grab free apple or orange from restaurant at ground floor. Hotel is in a different neighbourhood which is bit modern and historic lisbon.
