一般，門口不明顯，找了半天酒店！裏面燈光昏暗，跟酒吧似的

酒店要求按金，並且退還速度10分慢，我等了一個多月才收到按金還回。不推薦去住，雖然位置不錯，但上面空氣流通很差，很熱！

Our daughter was starting university and we checked her into her digs, had a meal out and stayed here overnight. Whilst we had an idea that Seel Street is central to nights out in the city, we did not understand that the loudest place on the street is the bar in the hotel itself, they really were trying to lift the roof. Music as loud as it gets until 1.30 then at 2.30 a couple shouting at each other. We used the tv in the room to use YouTube and get music for sleep turned up high to try and mask the noise - the top searches on the tv were for exactly that so gives you a clue. Rooms were great, very dark but nicely done. Service was good - asked to change room and did so without a problem but could only supply a room opposite which did not affect the noise. The staff absolutely know it is noisy, however when we complained we were offered 25% refund - I'm not convinced that covers a night with a couple of hours kip but hey. Breakfast was excellent. This hotel is strictly for those going "out out" who will be back for fun/unconsciousness after the music stops and it fits that bill well. However, if that is not your plan, look elsewhere.

I am so disappointed for this hotel. This hotel lied to me that there is no tub in the bathroom, and they still post the picture, which it has the tub in the bathroom. Additionally, they posted the picture on the most conspicuous area. That's why I feel cheated. I tried to asked the reception with customer support agent. The hotel said they only have few rooms offer the tub. It's unacceptable that you post the picture, which is the tub in the bathroom. Isn't that what the hotel is trying to sell. However, you only have a few rooms available. It is worth mentioning that there is no air-condition in the room. Due to this issue. I was influenced by him throughout the journey.

Can be a little noisy in some rooms, so speak to staff if you need total quietness. But I love this hotel. Its my first choice when coming to Liverpool. Staff is really nice and friendly. Will always chose to stay here or in any of this Epic chain. Thank you guys!

A lovely little hotel. The room was amazing for the price very spacious and well decordated. Only downside it has no aircon and the windows didnt open much.

The hotel is in a really good location close to all the shops and just a short walk to Albert Dock and the railway station. It is quite a noisy street but this did not stop us from getting a good nights sleep in a really comfortable bed. The room was clean apart from there were several stains on the carpet which is always slightly offputting and also the bedding was not the usual crisp, white sheets which made us wonder if they were clean. Perhaps they do not iron the bedlinen which is usually the norm. Bathroom was spotlessly clean with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The breakfast in Masons linked to the hotel was absolutely fantastic - greeted by very polite staff with a lovely light and bright space we were really surprised by the choice and quality of the food which really sets you up for the day - brilliant. There is a rooftop terrace which is lovely and gives a great view of the city and is a nice place for an evening drink. All in all we had a great stay at this hotel and would book to stay here again next time we are in Liverpool.

9th June 2022 Stay. Was here for the fabulous rolling stones concert at Anfield. Great hotel, great location and great breakfast. Would come back no problem. Staff very helpful and really enjoyed my stay with family. Bed was really comfortable with a lovely spacious room.

I was charged a deposit of £50 before they would give me the room key. I wasn’t made aware of this at all by nobody prior to the visit,neither the hotel nor 永安 bothered to inform me. I had drawn all money out of my account earlier to attend a concert,so that nasty stunt got me £50 overdrawn on unauthorised overdraft. I now face high daily charges. Now I don’t know how dishonest Liverpool people are but I’m not 1 of that type. On top of that I paid 2 breakfasts but got none at all. I don’t believe il ever see my money again. When I confronted reception on leaving about my concern she got cocky and arrogant towards me. I will never book via 永安 again nor Seel Street Hotel or any of its sister hotels. Jurys and premier inn and many others have never pulled rotten tricks like last minute “spur or the moment “ card deposit charges on me. They wouldn’t even accept it in cash. 永安 app being deleted and account closed ASAP
