多次選擇了，離地鐵站近，到市中心不遠。周邊有超市有飲食，綠化不錯。酒店內部設施完善，服務很好，乾淨衞生，隔音也好。

great services! hotel lobby gave out free cookies almost everyday. accommodating staff allow us to have connecting rooms! def enjoyed my stay here. super close to metro

We stayed for a week and had good service from our arrival till our departure. Room size was pretty tight, we were not able to open 1 luggage fully even. However, the room has everything that is needed. It is only a 5-min walk to the tube (Common Ealing) which made travelling to town area very convenient. Lots of halal eateries at Ealing Broadway too :)

I stayed in the same hotel last time, choosing room with two beds, the experience is good. My company booked for me this time the same hotel but with one bed instead , the experience is terrible. The room is extremely small and there is only one foot width between the bed and the wall. The window is broken and the toilet is so small that even me ( weight 60kg) has to squeeze to get in. The first time the front desk staff gave me the first floor room, over looking a big piece of black roof despite I told him I had claustrophobia. Lucky then transfer to upper floor when I told him I could not stay in a room had no view but seeing only the roof ( if they had an upper room why not gave at the beginning). Toilet paper holding disappear and the roll of paper is on the floor. This is my worst experience staying in UK by far. So to remind other potential hotel guest, if choosing lower price room of this hotel, would be much better to stay in other hotel or same price but with better condition rooms.

This hotel's service is very bad, I booked with them but my flight got canceled due to weather conditions. i called them to discuss the situation with them bit mo one answered then I called 永安 to try to cancel for free but they still refused to refund me any money. So disappointing service and treatment. No respect to costumers. Total RIP of!! Never again booking such hotel. Stay Away.

The duvet cover was dirty with some dirty stains looked like blood. Bottles of water were not refilled every day. The service of the restaurant was poor as tables were dirty with food stains and waiters/waitress were lacked of training as coffee milk was served in a glass instead of a pot, apparently it would spill over when pouring the milk.
