Great polite people, allowed to keep key there so I knew I was never going to lose it, breakfast is included which is set up as a buffet so I didn't need to pay extra (as it says on the booking), great links to O2 arena (service 108 is 24hrs excluding Xmas day) deffo would recommend going there again.

I booked the crown room and requested twins beds. However they only have double bed when i checked in. They suggested to give me another twin beds room instead. And also told me the size is the same as what i booked. But, , it’s actually smaller, not crown room size! The room is clean and comfy. Their breakfast is what we appreciated the most.

This was our second stay at the Clarendon Hotel, Blackheath and we were equally as happy with our choice. The super king (bed) room was spacious, clean and well provisioned. If I have any critisisms (constructive I hope), they are that drinking water and herbal tea bags should be provided. The style of the room, whilst lovely, was a little confused. Mahogany and walnut veneered furniture, and white painted wooden curtain poles... The breakfast included in the price was excellent, with plenty of choice and freshly cooked english breakfast. The evening meal menu was also excellent and the food did not disappoint. The breakfast/dining room staff are extremely helpful, attentive and friendly.

Service was average. Facilities are a bit outdated. Room by was quite small with single glass windows which had condensed every night making the by room quite cold in the nights. Breakfast was monotonous and boring but warm served! We didn't sleep in other rooms or had a looks, so I say 50/50 is my recomandation!

The room and bathroom was super clean. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The hotel is only 7 minutes drive and 20 minutes walk to the Royal Museums Greenwich.

호텔평이 좋아서 예약했지만 저희 방은 화장실만 리모델링 한 상태고 침대시트도 뭔가가 묻어있는 상태로 위생상태도 지저분했고 낡았습니다 세면대는 손만 씻을 수 있을 정도로 작아서 세수는 욕조에서 할 수 밖에 없었습니다. 화장지는 젖었던 휴지를 말려서 재사용해 놓아서 도저히 사용할 수 없었고 호텔 직원들의 친절함도 없었습니다. 호텔이 아니라 모텔 수준이고 다시는 가고 싶지 않는 수준입니다.

Nice hotel in a good location - easy to find. I had issues with direct bedsheets - which I had to request to be changed. And then I also went to leave my room to meet a friend for dinner and my door would not lock, I had chase this up a few times and then eventually I was offered a new room however was not offered any help to move my belongings. In the end i ended not meeting my friend as it gotten too late, after all the time it took to chase up the issue with room door and then after having to move all my belongings without any offer of help.
