酒店地點很方便，鄰近地站8分鐘距離，距離很多景點都是幾個地鐵站的距離，房間衞生很乾淨，舒適度很高，值得推薦。

酒店服務很好，床也很舒服，離地鐵很近，門口就是大超市，唯獨周邊感覺不太有安全感，人比較雜，不少乞丐，女孩獨自出門還是要注意點，廉價雜貨鋪比較多。

安排了殘疾人可用的房間，洗手間裡馬桶沒有廁板，洗手枱過低，而且淋浴也沒有乾濕分離，很困擾…. 唯一好處是去zone1景點都是20-30分鐘，去郊區一點的景點也不算遠。附近很多餐廳，還有大型商場。附近本地居民比較多，各色人種都有，獨自旅行的女生還是住其他區會感覺比較安全。

This hotel is the worst to stay at, reasons: 1) I had 3 luggages and 1 bag with me. Upon check-in, no one didn't assisted me with my luggages to my room, they just looked at me struggling with them. 2)Toiletries are not provided 3) Robe and bed slippers are not provided 4) Breakfast: Not much options and taste very poor 5) Hotel location from the airport proximity is a lie on the booking site. It takes more 25mins to get to either location 6) Hotel location from the tourist attraction areas such as London Eye etc proximity is also a lie. It takes more 30mins to get to the locations. NB. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel because after staying, I understood why payment was non-refundable. No one in their right mind would pay so much money and not expect to get even an inch of luxury. And mind you, my reservation was for 5 days. So can you imagine staying somewhere uncomfortable for so long!
