The hotel is lovely however it costs £10 a night to park. When I arrived they said that they had cancelled my booking and there wasn’t a room for me. They said they’d contacted 永安 but I’d received no details. After 30 minutes of stressful debate they gave me someone else’s room so I’m sure someone else had to go through the same stress.

Very happy with my stay at this hotel. I’d seen a few negative reviews prior to arrival but I must say it exceeded my expectations. Excellent location to where we needed to go, the staff were very helpful and friendly the room was excellent and spacious and would definitely return.
