地點確實距離市中心有一點遠，沒有太多可前往市中心的交通工具，附近也沒有很多餐廳。 雖然有停車場，但出入閘的車牌識別系統似乎有點不太敏感，試過要前後移動數次才可以讀取我的車牌開閘。 房間寬敞，床很大床褥偏軟，整體感覺清潔。

The name speaks for itself. I love Hilton for the nice good quality pillows , comfy mattresses and tasty breakfast. It was a cosy nice stay at the hotel quite cheap for the couple.

Had booked to stay here for a wedding at the Hilton. We had booked two rooms, but one wasn't ready on arrival and staff at front desk didn't seem very apologetic but just stated it as a matter of fact. We were on a tight schedule for the wedding and this didn't help with the stress. Room wasn't adequately equipped with enough towels or duvet for number of people staying. Breakfast staff were attentive though.

During our stay at Hilton London Croydon, we experienced the fire alarm being triggered due to the steam from the shower. It would be helpful for future guests if there were a sign or warning about this to prevent any unnecessary panic or disruption.
