非常糟糕的體驗，說沒有標間，竟然硬塞給了我們一個殘疾人專用間，愉快的心情突然大大跌落，前台語氣生硬。沒有茶包也沒有洗衣機。

房間大有煮食微波爐焗爐，窗景濶大景觀好。 但廁所係傷殘人士用，所以沐浴間沒有擋水間格，道致水流出浴窒地下。

酒店位置很好，附近有12分鐘有地鐵出zone 1, 酒店好新，但就小一點，早餐較普通，選擇較少但都可以接受。留意有小孩如有兩位不能訂一間房間

It is in a good location near westfield’s and easily can access the tube. However could do with more bins or knowledge where the main bins are. The staff are really helpful and the room is a great size. Would stay again

We stayed at a one-bedroom apartment for 11 days over the Christmas holidays. We arrived and checked in 2 hours earlier than the normal check in time. I was disappointed with early check-in charge of £20 though I am their Accor platinum member. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff was nice, especially Ms Laurane, who was always helpful and friendly.
