Alojarnos en este hotel ha sido una de las peores experiencias que hemos vivido. La habitacion era una autentica pocilga. Muchisima suciedad acumulada de semanas, sabanas sin cambiar, baño sin limpiar y la cocina para no tocarla. El olor a cloaca nada mas entrar era insoportable. Despues de quejarnos en recepcion la respuesta que obtuvimos fue poco mas que era lo que habia y que no podian darnos otra cosa. Por supuesto decidimos perder la reserva de la segunda noche y cambiar de hotel. Ni siquiera se dignaron a disculp**** cuando nos marchamos. Cabe destacar que la respuesta por parte de 永安 ha sido muy correcta cuando les hicimos llegar la queja. Evitad este hotel si no quereis acabar haciendo un tour turistico por el Hospital.

There’s bus and tube stations nearby to the hotel (around 5-10 mins walk). The lift was out of order when we arrived so we have to take our huge luggage up to 2nd floor but it was fixed by the time we got back at night. The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette but I wish it could be cleaner. Some of the corners wasn’t cleaned properly and there’s still dusts. The bathroom was quite small but the room was fair-sized. It was nice to have a portable heater on top of a conventional heater.

Location was very close to where I needed to be and they let me drop my bag off before coming back to check in. Room was also spotless and very spacious. Loved it.

O hotel é bem antigo, porém tudo estava limpo. As pessoas da recepção foram bem legais e simpáticas e nos ajudaram com alguns detalhes. A localização é excelente e compensa pequenos detalhes negativos das intalações. A poucos metros está o metro Earl's Court e dali conseguimos ir para todos os cantos da cidade com muita facilidade. Acredito que para uma estadia curta, vale a pena.

Dated room but better than expected, room had full kitchen facilities. Room was clean. Very close to tube station. Maybe a little noisy had windows were old/broken. For price would definitely recommend.
