위치는 좋으나 차가 많이다녀 시끄럽다 헤어 드라이기가 없다 방은 넓어서 좋았다 코드가 안 맞았다 스파를 사용할 수 있는 것 같다

The location is quite distant from the town, and unfortunately, the air conditioning system was not functioning properly.

Only stayed one night so can’t comment a lot about the place as we spent little time there. Had a k-suite which I have to say was very nice and spacious. Disappointing to have to pay £25 per person to use the spa when you have paid £400 for a night.

I honestly believe the spa access should be included with the room prices. It’s not worth £25 per hour And paying for the room. People saying at the hotel should be able to use the spa for free for an hour. I can’t recommend this spa to anyone sorry

Plutôt un 3 étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles. Nous avons la habitude de prendre un certains type de chambres dans différents pays mais ici la chambre était en dessous de nos attentes. Divers points n’allaient pas, le personnel a été réactif et nous a proposé de changer de chambre en nous upgradant. Nous avons refusés car nous avions déjà défait nos bagages. Le plus est la proximité du métro et un prix relativement correct pour Londres

Great stay, great room, just disappointed with the staff at check in. They refused to allow us to park in the car park. It’s first come first served car park. They will not reserve a space for you. I could see two spaces I asked if I could park in one of them as one car left but when I asked.. straight NO.
