服務很好，對於我們語言溝通不好的人很耐心，早餐還行，房間衞生乾淨，雖然有點小。相比倫敦市中心便宜很多，辦事坐地鐵就行了比較方便。

駅から近く、近くにスーパーやショッピングモールもあり便利でした。 清掃も毎日してもらえるのですが壁が薄いので隣の部屋の清掃音や、清掃の方のノックで起きることが多々ありました。

We stayed two nights here before and after watching The Lord Mayor's show. Hotel was just a few minutes walk from the railway station. We used TfL travel, so had cheap travel into the Liverpool Street station with trains every 10 minutes. The double room was compact. But we had a good night's sleep. TV remote was not working. Ensuite shower over the bath was good. Towels and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was a buffet, self-service with hot and cold food, including full English, croissants, toast, cereal, jam, etc, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice. Staff were replenishing food as and when needed. Would stay here again, as it was good value for money.

The woman that worked on the Friday 13th of August 2021 in the morning-afternoon was extremely unsympathetic of my situation regarding a security deposit as there was a situation with my bank . I asked her to place my items elsewhere safely she refused leaving them vulnerable smh. However , Petra and Agnes was realllyyyy welcoming and sympathetic. May God bless them both . They were understanding and I really appreciated that . Room was clean , spacious and great

I would avoid this place. Strange crew and dodgy travelers. They also charge some extra pounds for breakfast. Very, very, very poor experience. On top of that wi-fi was not working at all.
