Worst experience ever!!! It was so bad that I decided to stop using 永安 because I cannot believe you can has such a disloyal partner. In this hostel everything was broken, I ran away few minutes after my arrival and was forced to pay a very expensive accommodation. In the pictures you can see that even the lockers are broken, it's just so catastrophic!!! PLEASE BOOK ANOTHER PLACE, NOTHING CAN BE SO BAD AS MOTION HOSTELS MADRID!

Sitio limpio y organizado, pero había papel higiénico en el baño, tampoco había crema para los dientes, ubicado en un muy buen sitio del centro de Madrid. Falta entrenar al personal, no saben guiar al huésped o dar una información turística sobre las manzanas que los rodean.

It’s an ok hotel if u need for couple of nights . They have clean space . No kitchen, no living room for hangout . But overall good if you want a sleep and clean shower.

Not terrible for a very low budget stay, standard hostel with very basic amenities, no kitchen or social area so if you’re looking for a fun hostel or somewhere you can cook your own food this isn’t it. However, beds comfy and clean, hot shower with strong pressure, nice enough breakfast.

難得住這樣的旅社，但是和女生一起住還是第一次，緊張嗎。😂兩個美國女生把地上都佔滿了。🤣不過挺友好。晚上十點酒店有活動可以參加。推薦這個人酒店，早餐也可以吧不貴

Un albergue económico,está en el centro de Madrid por lo que es céntrico. Las camas no están mal, pero no existe privacidad alguna ya que son literas sin cortinas, muy diferente a la foto que tienen. Necesitas tener tu propio candado para el loker y tu toalla, ya que no está incluido en el precio.

The recepnist was not polite, the installation are not like the pictures, the space between beds is too small and is not possible to sit there, the bed shakes every time a guest gets to the bed on the top, there's not enough space for the suitcase and if you use one of the lockers they charge you €5 for every 24hrs, the breakfast is outside the hotel
