來馬德里一直住着家，地理位置好！民宿中應該算不錯的

公寓式酒店，沒有餐廳，除此之外還是很完美的，訂的早餐是一整個food basket，該有的都有。下次去太陽門附近的話，還會住這裏。

サッカー観戦をして夜にチェックインして始発でまたバルセロナに戻らないといけないので、アトーチャ駅のすぐ近くのここに決めました。 駅は近いしとてもお部屋は広く、ベッドルームも二つありました。 近所には遅くまであいているお店があり便利でした。 使い捨てスリッパと歯ブラシがあれば最高でした。

Decent last minute option but cleanliness left something to be desired. Also, the room had a foul odor but bedsheets appeared to be clean. Couch had stains on it. Very convenient location for train transport directly from airport and good sized space but not a true one bedroom as we booked.

The location is perfect, lots to see and eat around it. The bed mattresses were a bit too soft and we didn’t get coffee refills, but everything else was smooth.

There are three 60 Balconies properties all within a short distance of each other in Madrid. This one is 60 Balconies- Art. When researching (and arriving..!) make sure you have the right one. This one is really well located - just across from the main train station, and a short distance to many of the major art galleries and cultural institutions. It is a short walk to both the botanical and El Retiro gardens. We had a two bathroom/two bedroom apartment. (One bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom). The apartment had a well appointed kitchen - although no guide to work that we think was an oven (?) and a machine that looked like a coffee maker. The crockery had seen better days, however for the short times we were actually in the apartment and not outdoors enjoying everything Madrid had to offer; it wasn't really an issue. The lounge is spacious - but like most places we stayed on this 永安 why is there only one two seater couch in an apartment that caters for four...? The location is a standout - just ignore the fast food chains and garishly lit cafes around the outside of the building. Its just a short walk or a quick taxi ride to all you need. Oh and there is a metro stop right outside the door...
