部屋はリノベーションがされており綺麗だった。バスルームは少し古さを感じたが、総合的には良かった。また、バルコニーが付いていて、こちらも良かった。アメニティは問題ないレベル。 ホテル近くにはコンビニやレストランもあり、立地も悪くない。ただ、観光地からは少し離れている。 値段も悪くなかった。

Location good. Good price for a room with balcony. However balcony super dirty. Hotel is surrounded by roads. Will be quite noisy during peak hours.

Booked this place because it’s closed to my relatives event. They collect RM50 for deposit during checking in. The room is very plain with open concept cabinet, balcony is unnecessary spacious, the aircond is super loud; bathroom water leaking slowly, when I use toilet at night the floor flooded. No breakfast available on premise.

Room that i stay is okay. The best is normal room even get balcony. Just the the air cond fan sounds quite loud when operating. Luckily still can sleep.

我住的房間是家庭套房，裏面很寬敞。但是，有點舊還算乾淨。還有毛巾和枕頭有異味，可能我比較挑剔吧！😂😂。還好服務不錯，第一天熱水器就有問題，打電話去櫃枱馬上就安排人來維修了。

We wanted to stay at something basic but clean. Location was good but cleanliness is very poor. Floor is dirty (we move the bed to check) and towel is terrible - stain or mold. We will never come back and will never stay. Very doubt on 永安 as well as when you list the hotel in your platform. We have sent the same photos to Front Office Manager.
