很安靜，離機場很近，房間內手機信號很好，可以刷**

這裏也沒有空調，其次就是上3樓比較麻煩，電梯和樓梯都無法直接到達，需要坐電梯到2樓，再步行至3樓，而且木質的樓梯晃動幅度比較大

服務：服務很好，前台的黑人小哥很熱情

Very good hotel There is a river behind the hotel….Good for a morning walk! I do like it.

I am sorry to say it worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My room was never cleaned I had to change my bedding myself and get my own towels tea sugar an coffee. The bathroom door didn’t close the shower didn’t work an the air con was not working which they was telling new visitors that they have air con in room. Whilst they was telling me it’s not been working through out building. I never once complained about anything I payed for. The female general manager of the establishment was very abrupt and rude she banged on my door to complain about me leaving rubbish outside my room where the domestics said it was fine do so. Not at any point did anybody say we was not allowed do this or say to take it to bins at back of property. At no point did this general manager introduce herself she could been anybody. So when I went to reception to inform them of this lady turning up at door in very abrupt manner I was informed it was General manager. I was shocked at lack of unprofessionalism an serious lack of people skills of this general manager. She then got the reception to tell me they have cancelled my next 2 bookings and didn’t have decency to come speak to me face to face now after them cancelling my booking they are trying keep nearly £900 pounds of my money for cancelled bookings!! That This great general manager done herself!! And has also said we are not come stay there again all because I asked for a room with facilities they advertise and I paid for without complaint. The overall situation is disgraceful behaviour of this General manager who has not ounce of face to face skill in dealing with general public in proper manner she is absolute disgrace the hotel is a disgrace and to tell me not book again is biggest insult to think I would nor would I recommend this hotel to anybody. There’s fights in corridor at night the place should be used house homeless all that establishment fit for and Britannia need do themselves a favour and get them selves a trained general Manager in an get rid of that vile women they have in post now who try rob people of there money.

Was adequate for last minute needed a good night sleep and rest, pleasant room and adequate facilities

After I checked out and left the hotel there was an attempted transaction in my card which I used for payments during my stay,the transaction was unannounced and reported as fraudulent activity from my credit card company and as a result I had to block my card to prevent further inicidences .Didn’t expect this.

Room was practical and served a purpose. For the price it was basic and relatively clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Perfect to explore Birmingham, very simple though, but cheap.
