馬尼拉阿佐飯店 (Arzo Hotel Manila)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arzo Hotel Manila and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. I would rate my overall experience a solid 9 out of 10. The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was remarkable. Everything was very neat and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. I encountered no issues during my stay, and any potential concerns were swiftly addressed by the efficient and friendly hotel staff. The amenities provided by the hotel were satisfactory and added value to my stay. Everything I needed was readily available and in good condition. The location of the hotel was convenient for my needs. It was easy to get to and from the hotel, and I found it to be a good base for exploring Manila. I had no negative experiences during my stay, and I would highly recommend Arzo Hotel Manila to anyone seeking comfortable and hassle-free accommodation in the city. The high level of service, cleanliness, and convenience it offers truly sets it apart. Overall, my stay at Arzo Hotel Manila was a delightful experience and I look forward to returning in the future.

房間衞生都很好，衹是最後退房的時候發生了一點事情很是影響心情。入住時，房間裏並沒有浴巾，本應該是他們的工作失誤，結果退房時説我們沒有浴巾耽擱了近一個小時的時間，真是讓人很氣憤。所以奉勸大家入住時要檢查清楚房間的設施，免得退房的時候説不清楚。

窗戶不能打開，這邊的房間都有一種可能他們這邊的薰香的味道？服務人員很有禮貌，泳池每天都補充新的水。不過，換氣扇是裝飾，光線也不太亮。

Location wise perfect para sa lakad nmin. Not so much sa service since di kami binabalikan ng reception pag may bilin o kailangan. But don't get me wrong, mababait sila, makakalimutin lng. Mejo ok ung banyo, malinis di lang po masyado halata... room wise perfect, we were upgraded since di daw gumana aircon nung room na nabook ko. Overall, we'll come back and stay parin... ok na din wifi nila today not like ung past stays ko na di nagana wifi... mejo mahina lang...di pede pang work. Nag enjoy din ako sa food. Though di perfect sa panlasa ko pero ang nagdala ng experience is ung mga staff...

房間很空酒店比較老，但是環境很幽靜。

They kids were so excited when we arrived at the lobby. Especially when they see the swimming pool. The room and the bed are really fits for us. The only one problem we had is that TV is not working. But still they managed it well and change it with another one. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and attentive on my details. She is really good and friendly with my kids. Overall, we truly much enjoyed our stay and will be going back soon.

과거 오아시스파코파크 호텔, OYO호텔일때 직원들은 가족같이 친절하였지만, 지금은 직원이 전부 바뀌고 친절하지 않습니다. 특히 프론트 안경쓴 여직원이 정해준 방에 투숙안할경우, 방에 문제가 발생해서 교체를 요청하면, 안경쓴 여직원은 손님에게 화를내고, 갑질이 심합니다. 수년동안 오아시스파크파크호텔일때부터, 총 60일 정도 숙박을 했지만, 이제 다시는 가지 않을것입니다. 프론트 안경쓴 여직원은 문제를 해결하기 위해 어떠한 노력도 없었으며, 영어를 못해서 번역기를 사용하는 나를 오히려 비웃었고, 화를내었고, 나를 향해 한숨만 쉬고, 너무 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 흰티를 입고, 키가크고 눈과 얼굴이 동그란 남자직원은 항상웃고 친절했습니다. 나는 항상 일주일이상씩 장기숙박을 하였지만, 이제 다시는 arzo 호텔에 가지 않겠습니다.

環境可以，有餐廳，沒有吹風機

房間陰暗潮濕，不乾淨，房門鎖是壞的，出去回來開不了門，不值這個價格
