The hotel is an old hotel. Likely to have been built in the early 90s. Not a very great hotel in terms of decor or cleanliness. The carpet looks dirty and the bathroom cramped. Very good service though. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Had a wonderful stay the suit room was clean and very big the service in the club lounge was as good as it gets the staff were marvellous and very helpful the only down side the Hotel Jen only serves wine and beers in the Executive lounge they have stopped the hard drink which is ashamed the food was good and for the price i paid it was worth every penny thank you to all the staff for making my stay a very pleasant one i hope to see you all again in the near future thank you hotel Jen.

値段の割に、清潔感がありホテルスタッフもフレンドリーでとても満足しました。 日本語の喋れるスタッフも居たのがとても安心感がありました。 また、次回も宿泊したいです。

the security is good the amentities are good the room space is excellent we were suprised by a cake since its my boyfriend’s birthday and we really appreciate it overall its good.. just the location… personally i dont like it…
