Staff ramah, bagus, terawat. Saran saya tambahin paprika untuk menu buffet breakfastnya dan sayuran nya di buat terpisah saja jangan langsung di campur.

Terletak di pusat Kota Medan, Pelayanan oke lah..Staf cukup ramah khususnya di Restoran..Sauna dan Gym juga ada dan free.. Suasana hotel cukup nyaman dan tidak bising.. TV kamar masih TV biasa belum Smart TV..sudah bisa lah diganti ke smart TV, minimal ada Netflix lah.. Overall "Menyenangkan" 👍

Hotelnya bagus kamarnya luas fasilitas tapi sudah lumayan tua dan kurang berfungsi pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa dikunci tv nya bersemut,yang lain cukup ok Untuk sarapan enak tapi variannya sangat kurang untuk sekelas bintang 5,masih kalah dengan hotel bintang 4 yang ada di medan juga,tapi fasilitas umum seperti gym dan sauna mantap,kolamnya kurang luas untuk tamu sebanyak itu,dan tempat nyantai di pinggiran kolam juga terbatas. Pelayanannya oke dan staff nya membantu. 8/10

So far our experience is great , we booked 3 rooms and the room was clean and comfortable, just the breakfast area it’s too small , like us came with big family it’s hard to find the table for breakfast, the food was oke . Not that good and not that bad . Average it’s oke to stay in this hotel

Overall is it consider good, Just some room facility are no well working .. airconditional adjust to 33C but i still feeling cool at night , hot water supply during bathing are not constant

Simply amazing and excellent value. The hotel we used previously has gone downhill and the service was very poor the last time I stayed there. We also note that what is probably the best hotel is exceptionally expensive. So as a compromise I chose this hotel. Gobsmacked by the size of the room. Bedroom, bathroom, dining room, kitchen and lounge. Massive apartment, obviously a family could use this for long term stays. Very impressed with the room, the working space and the air conditioning. Only downside - breakfast. Lots of unruly children and staff that don't understand English, and don't seat you at a table but rather leave you to find your own. All in all an excellent stay. Staff on the whole very helpful, albeit with limited English.

Pelayanannya ramah, makanan enak hanya saja kurang nyaman di liatin sama pelayanannya soalnya kami bawak anak umur 8 dan 2 thn di aplikasi anak sampe umur 17 thn menginap gratis kami pikir dia bisa ikut sarapan hehe sayang banget klw harus nambah bayar 150rb 😅😂,, saran sich klw anak anak sampe 12 tahun biarlah ikut sarapan toh kan makan mereka gak banyak juga 2 menu udh kenyang..
