Extremely incorporative about payment options for business travellers/work cards Had to call reception 5 times from the room before someone answered at around 7:30am Google rating is wrong, rated as a 4 star hotel, doesn’t event have their own kitchen/restaurant

四季酒店還不錯，一走出來就有電車，而且還有健身房，雖然健身房不大，但竟然有飛鳥機，還有一些複合式的練背、腿、胸的器材，還有零星的啞鈴，整體環境不錯，CP值高，咖啡也很好喝

Hotel location is convenient . Staffs are friendly . Fitness room is small. Fair price

Very bad experience, they do not refund out 100$

中規中矩的酒店房間比較小，但是也能理解在寸土寸金的墨爾本CBD。讓人生氣的點在於，考慮到我和我朋友的睡眠質量不太好，所以特地找的是雙床的房間，並且確認是預訂的雙床房間，永安的圖片上看的也是兩個分開的床的房間，入住後發現是一個大床，和前台溝通他們説他們衹有這種房型。但是我們仔細觀察後，發現他們的大床，其實是由兩個小床拼接在一起的，於是我們衹好手動分開，但是他衹給了一床被子，於是我們要求再給一床被子和床單，退房的時候以為這事兒就到此結束了，沒想到最後還要多收我們25刀添加被子和床單的錢，真的是大無語

A good apartment for the price we paid, although the building needs so maintenance and a deep clean.

因為朋友家在對面apartment，所以選擇訂了這家酒店，古建築的外觀，但是實際客房部是住在後麪那幢樓，一層有很多客房，所以房間很小，不過挺乾淨的，熱水很大，反正也就每天回來睡個覺而已，地段不錯出行挺方便的

鬧中取靜風景好，離電車近，離city近，飛機晚點了還好酒店有24小時前台順利辦理入住

Look. It was "adequate". The room smelt slightly of beer and cigarettes. The heater in the room wouldn't work properly (it would randomly go cold or not work). The room was pretty tiny and it felt a bit claustrophobic. But the bed was comfortable. The price was cheap.

We were given the impression our stay was in the tower behind the old building however that wasn't the case. Nevertheless the room we were allocated was lovely & clean with lots of space. A couple of issues I had #1: No lift, I'm a Chronic Asthmatic & tried to explain to reception staff that the stairs will be challenging the woman responds "Oh my it's only on the 2nd floor so it's not that far". I wasn't sure wither to slap her face or cry but ultimately my partner had to calm me and supported me on the climb. Issue #2 Upon arrival we were advised the front desk is mand 24hrs, not the case at all. When checking out I waited 30min for someone to show, a cleaner turned up & advised us to leave the key on the desk unattended & to call a certain number, I called just to be told my extra $100 that was paid will be reimbursed in 5 days if not take it up with my bank, her lack of pple skills pissed me off coz she also added "I'm not at the desk right now Because I'm doing another job in the other motel sorry just leave the key card on the desk please" ... How the F#@* is that my problem i asked myself??. I better get my money back & hopefully not get charged extra if the key go's missing!!🥴.
