The front desk was very friendly and patiently pointed out the location of all facilities. The only drawback was that the shower water pressure was really weak.

Our stay was ok, we stayed for 4 nights in the two bedroom with the upstairs. the upstair room were very very hot with no cooling, it was a 34c day the first night & low 30’s for the rest. the rooms were unbearable hot to sleep in. The hotel didn’t give my $200 deposit back & doesn’t not return my calls when ringing them Not happy at all

酒店位置很方便 雖然不是完全市中心 但是門口有電車站跟公車站 去哪裡都很方便 停車場要付費但還是很方便 唯一不方便的地方應該是前台有服務時間 要趕在他們下班前抵達

Very tired apartment with a leaking shower. Access to the pool is only in reception operating hours and there is no furniture for you to throw a towel. Also no pool towels provided.

The service comprised opening the door and handing me the key. Such things as advising where tea and coffee was, extra blankets, operating A/C etc would have saved a lot of time searching for them The facilities included a small table located at the corner of the bed, forming a 永安 hazard. I moved it to the sitting area, which was fine, as I was on my own, but not if there was more than 1 person. The bathroom was very dark, due to the many dark surfaces and a low level of lighting The bed lamp was at a low level and was impossible to use for reading. The TV remote had dud batteries. The security gate from the laneway had a non-functioning lock. It should be possible to have a couple of biscuits with the Tea and Coffee.

Receptionist was nice but the room but we were told when we arrived at 230 that our room was still not ready and would be another half an hour which was inconvenient after a 4 hr drive and check in is at 2pm. Also our car park was taken which was allocated to us. So we had to go back to reception after parking and reorganise a new car park. Apartment was a good size definitely needs a bit of updating but value for money was ok. Walls are very thin could here the neighbours putting on washing at 10 at night and when people were leaving and entering there apartments it felt like they were opening our front door. Overall not bad for one night but seems like it’s poorly managed.

Location was very convenient, in the middle of everything from the CBD to the tourist attractions around the area and St Kilda. Room smelled very clean upon arrival, great view and homely feeling however the shower was very disappointing, pressure was very poor and the toilet sits quite low. The bathroom mirror is the only mirror in the apartment. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The tile floor was not the cleanest and the bed frame covers were dirty with white stuff 😬
