家人們，誰懂啊~ 墨大學生開學了還在找房子，實在沒轍了，最後一分鐘訂了這家酒店，500人民幣一晚真的很合適，陽台夜景真的特別好，St Kilda富人區散個步就可到海邊，真的超值。前台Eric真的特別友好，強烈推薦。 不要去city住Ibis budget之類的，不僅啥都是壞的，而且真的各種黑女印度裔前台，對白人“Hey!!!! How are you~~!!!”對中國人”你等一下”😅，也可能是我誤會了吧，反正懂得都懂吧😅

房間內非常潮濕、一走進去都是黴味 我們已經訂了不是最便宜的房間，但是覺得性價比非常低，不符合我們所訂的價格（約150澳幣一晚） 旅館老舊，房間陰暗潮濕（和照片不同） 走路時木板還會喀滋喀滋的有聲音 吹風機壞掉，後來飯店人員有拿新的吹風機給我們 但是後來房間的插座都壞了，充電器、熱水壺和吹風機都不能使用⋯冰箱的插座也沒電了、我們買的食物都壞了☹️ 房間內也連不上WIFI（有連上但是完全沒網路使用） 雖然當天的工作人員親切，但環境實在讓我們太無言了，我並不覺得他是四星級飯店，頂多隻能稱為青年旅館 我們原本預定兩晚、後來決定住了一晚就離開☹️ 且他也不願意退還或賠償我們費用👎

如果你和我一樣注重性價比的話那這家酒店絕對是你的最佳選擇，特別是對一個人的旅行來説，走五分鐘就能到海邊看日落，在那坐一會對我來説是一整天最棒的事情了。房間也比較整潔，浴室有你需要的所有設施👍🏻

it's old and dirty, we booked a room with a balcony but staff not even clean the chairs there, full of dust. some dirt on the wall and doors, can easily wipe with water and towel but they didn't bother to spend few mins to clean. the staff only helped u to bring the luggage upstairs if you ask. location is ok, close to tram but a bit far from cbd transportation is very expensive in Melbourne.

Very artistic hotel design but facilities are old. The location is 30mins tram away from main city which is acceptable and not too crowded. But it’s not in free tram zone.The staffs are very nice and helpful.

I had few questions before arriving and they promptly responded with satisfactory answers. They even allowed early check-in because of availability - that is much appreciated. Our room was clean & tidy. Hotel lobby is full of lovely art pieces. Overall, loved our 4 night stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed in the room with balcony. Room was clean. Great location. I thought it might be noisy but surprisingly wasn't. Staff were friendly. We even had a chuckle/laugh. I would stay here again

The hotel is a mix of the old and new. Tastefully decorated, art work throughout was very interesting. The reception staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurants right outside the door. I would stay again.

Bien pour une nuit. Bien placé à St Kilda même si pas de parking gratuit. Bemol : assez mal insonorisé surtout quand on est dans une chambre au rez de chaussée
