The first hotel on my first 永安 in Mumbai. Familiar brand hotel with great service. Helpful staff. I wad picked up at the airport by their limo services. The next day , the staff helped me to arrange for my first auto ride since I needed to get myself a sim-card. Best 1st impression and experience in Mumbai .

The hotel has some strange smell and was not that clean as it was supposed to be at the elevator and washroom..overall the hotel is ok, however this hotel is not worth it to be overpriced.

It’s a decent place, is there any Wow factor, no. However, if you want to be around the domestic airport I think it is a comfortable, clean and safe spot. I think for the international business people coming from the west they could be more progressive in their assistance but that means more training. Area would be transition as well as some more western dishes available.
