不愧是孟買最好的酒店。從服務，但硬件配套，沒的説。商務出差或者家庭旅行都非常適合。早餐豐富，樓下就是印度人最驕傲的鳳凰商場，購物吃飯都很方便。

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We were there for a birthday buffet brunch at the Seven Kitchens. The staff was amazing and very customer oriented. We had a complaint about some food items, the chef came immediately to check and removed the dishes totally from the buffet. Our complaint was appreciated.

Nice business hotel in the central location with a bit of sea view. The room was very clean & staffs very helpful. Breakfast also very nice.

Good gym, and great location near most attraction and just beside the mall. front desk staff are generally dishonest. Check your bill on check out and do your due diligence, don’t believe their upsell

Been staying at St Regis Mumbai every time we visit Mumbai for work. Location is incredible or in fact the best amongst all the hotels in Mumbai. Great service as usual. We used the business centre services as well as the coffee lounge for meetings… everything was smooth. However may I suggest to tone down the fragrance at the reception? It gets a bit too overbearing after a while :)
