The hotel was located near subway. Easier to go everywhere. The staffs were friendly and helpful as well.

This hotel room is fine at cleanness and shower. But the main gate close at 10pm, and requires passcode afterwards. I stood outside the gate tried dozens times, but it didn't work at all. I had to get in with other guests. Apparently i was the choosen one, it didnt work in my case. I confirm i tried the correct code. The next day I talked to the receptionist, and I was told, this issue exists for quite a while, that sometimes the passcode doesnt get sensor, but their tech team can not resolve it. I can not imagine how difficult it could be for such big group B&B to change a sensor or a tech guy. So I will never choose this brand again. I appreciate the customer service of 永安 offered. It's always best in the industry.
