房間居間很高窗戶通透，窗外綠樹成蔭。房間很人性化，也很敞亮舒適上檔次。進門有做飯的操作枱，洗菜池，電爐具，微波爐、電烤箱、洗衣機，冰箱。還有餐具櫥櫃，鍋碗碟，刀叉🍴很全。卧室空間有圓餐桌和寫字枱，兩個大衣櫃。置物架，幾個椅子。非常實用大氣。淺黃色的地板（也可能是地磚）很漂亮很乾凈。衞生間也很實用，花灑，水龍頭都是十分靈敏，好用。感歎德國生活用具的質量真是好！ 前台服務員很熱情，很友好。前台有現磨的熱咖啡很香，還有牛角包，糖果免費提供住客。這是一次非常滿意的住房，再來慕尼黑還會住這家酒店，也感謝永安。遺憾忘記拍照片。

The 永安 was smooth. Breakfast buffet was nice, touch of Munich wursts and not crowded. Price is affordable for stay. Wifi works well. Elevator is bit tight. Not 24 hour service in front of the house , however accessible by house guests. Has kitchenette and dining wares. It’s clean, and good stay. Thank you!

Clean and spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable. A bit far away from the central train station, better to take bus/train. The staff are really nice and allow us to check in at 9am.

The room is super big. Amenities is perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Is near to Train and Bus station. And also the bus station opposite hotel. Is definitely convenient and comfortable hotel to stay.

Very wonderful hotel, from the staff to the room to the location. It was right across a tram stop and close to the city. There’s a very clean and nice coffee machine by the front desk that is able to make any kind of coffee you like! The room was super clean, no issues with noise from nearby neighbors or AC. I would definitely stay again if I return to Munich.

This facility is not entitled to be named as Service Apartment as they don’t provide room cleaning during our stay. It’s more appropriate to be named as good as just an apartment! The bed quality isn’t as up to standard!
