地點: 飯店為地標，容易抵達。 設施:以當地標準而言，算很好，但房間裡面的裝潢細節不夠細緻，可能是當地的手工藝問題?!但房間WIFI訊號很糟~ 都收不到訊息 服務:門房細心，協助搬行李時，很小心地對待行李，不會很粗魯。(行李箱與旅行包放在飯店的行李推車，行李箱在下，旅行包在上，要放入後車箱時，很細心把旅行包拿起來先讓行李箱放進去，再放旅行包，避免軟件被壓到) 餐點:訂購飯店早餐，覺得樣式豐富，用餐環境舒適。

The ac was not working as per requirements , even after couple of complains they could not make it cold since all rooms are with same temperature, since we were staying in a reputed hotel we wanted cooler temperature for our room but the hotel didn’t had ways to increase or decrease the temperature, Also morning breakfast restaurent staff is not correctly ***aged , ***y of the staff don’t know how how to supervise the orders But same staff handled the orders in the dinner or lunch services , this might be the focus is not satisfying the clients in a different ***ners Regards / Akhil

Great staff and wonderful service. The hotel advertised on their website that the pool renovation would be completed prior to our stay but unfortunately when we got there we were told it was closed for another week or so which was a big shame. Our room didn’t have a fridge and I had to ask twice for this and when it came it didn’t fit in the space for the fridge so it was hanging out. Other than these things the service was great I think there’s a few tweaks they can improve but overall location is great and service is great. Would return.
