Compared with last time, we had a pretty good experiences this time during our recent stay. The Front Desk receptionist (Sandeep) is very thoughtful and accommodating. We are happy with her service. The only downside was the hotel restaurant which is not a pets friendly restaurant.

Had a short gateway to Niagara Falls from Toronto and deciding to stay in the Radisson since it is one of many hotels that provide the falls view from the room. Check in and check out we're smooth and timely efficient. Room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the horseshoes falls. Location was great. 20 mins walk to the fall or 5 mins using the incline train which is nearby.

Radisson Hotel is the best place where you can stay with your family. I love how the staff are very welcoming and also the place itself is very friendly.

Eu reservei pela 永安 um quarto com vista para a Catarata. Qdo cheguei no check in, o atendente informou q o meu quarto não era com vista, após alguma discussão e como havia um quarto com vista disponível, o atendente por GENTILEZA, me atendeu. A 永安 não havia reservado um quarto com vista para catarata como pago.

We stayed for 3 nights. We had to contact the front desk a couple of times and we had what we needed within 30 minutes. I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. We enjoyed the indoor pool all 3 days. The location is perfect to visit the falls.

Room quite old but still function, I picked the room with jetted tub, but when you use the tub you can't see falls.

Wonderful checkin process. Very nice parking personnel who immediately came up to our vehicle to let us know what’s what regarding checkin and parking. Nice looking hotel. Great beds and clean bathrooms. Wallpaper looks to be starting to wear down, but overall great room. Fantastic location where you are within walking distance of the falls and ******. I really liked the electronic checkout process. Will recommend and revisit again when I have the chance.
